Visit to Lahore

Hello Everyone, I am an indian and i would like to express my visit to the lively city of Lahore. Can you please guide me how can i go ahead for the visa as when i have gone through the Pakistan Government website where they have given visa policy for indians whichs says that i need to get approval Letter of Invitation through Ministry of Interiors ( Islamabad) but authorised tour operators can do it. Please guide me on the same and i have few friends also in pakistan whom i would like to pay the visit. Rgrds, Rajat
